On Saturday 15th July, the I Experience PGI Cieza Peach took place. The winners of the Instagram sweepstakes discovered the Baby Gold 6 peach at the farm of one of our producers. The activity took place together with Murcia Explorer and was sponsored by the Cieza Town Council.

The PGI peach from Cieza is grown in a unique natural area that makes it possible for its production to have a multitude of advantages. We wanted to involve and show some of the most emblematic natural areas of the city of Cieza. Thus, the participants were able to get to know the Almadenes Canyon and the Gorgotón Fountain.

At the farm of one of the PGI farmers, they were given a brief introduction by a field technician. Afterwards, they were able to taste the Baby Gold 6 peach variety fresh from the tree. Finally, all the participants enjoyed a meal in the centre of Cieza where of course our peach was the perfect ending to this special activity.
